How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding  holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Currently we only ship to Hong Kong and Singapore. 
For Hong Kong, We offer HKD80 flat rate shipping to all orders below HKD800. We offer free shipping on orders over HKD800.
For Singapore, we offer SGD20 flat rate shipping to all orders below SGD130. We offer free shipping on orders over SGD130.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Beasty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact customer care at shop@beastypet.com immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

How To Return My Items?

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return. You will receive your returns number by email. Unsuitable items must then be returned within 5 days of receiving your returns number.

Item(s) should be returned in perfect condition, with all tags (if there are any) still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. 

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), please contact Customer Care at help@beastypet.com immediately. If your item is faulty , we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team at shop@beastypet.com.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Can I find Beasty Pet products in any offline shops?  

Currently, Beasty is only in stores in Hong Kong and China. Stay tune for our latest developments by following us on instagram!
